Enrolment forms will be also available in the Presbytery from Tuesday 15th November 2011. (Please take only one per applicant).
Completed forms with a copy of the baptismal certificate can be put through the letterbox at the Presbytery. Please write “FHC Application” on the envelope.
Candidates must have celebrated their eighth (8th) birthday by June 2012.

Candidates must fill in and sign the form (not their parents).
Completed forms with a copy of the baptismal certificate can be put through the letterbox at the Presbytery. Please write “Confirmation Application” on the envelope.
Candidates must be at least in their third year of Secondary School (Year 9).

Closing date for enrolment is 31st December 2011.
Catechists teaching children in St. Boniface Parish have gone through the Archdiocese of Southwark Child Protection Process and have had a CRB(Criminal Record Bureau) Check.
